How the seat commitment for the room in Milton Keynes works, and how you get it back.
A seat in the room at Milton Keynes is held with a refundable seat commitment of ₦100,000, or £50 if you pay by PayPal. It confirms that you intend to attend, so every seat in the room goes to someone who will use it.
Your seat commitment is returned when you do both of these on Saturday 17 October:
Both are required. The check-in and check-out record at the desk is the only record we use to confirm who was in the room.
The seat commitment is not returned if you:
Refunds are paid within two weeks of the summit, to the same account the payment came from. Bank charges are deducted from the amount returned. If you paid through PayPal, PayPal's fees are yours, on the way in and on the way back.
If the payment came from someone else's account, or you sent naira from the UK through an app such as Wise or Lemfi, tell us the account to return it to when you check in.
Each seat is registered to the person attending and cannot be transferred. Anyone coming with you needs to register and pay their own seat commitment.
